Security-deposit holds the worker places, their releases, second holds and declines.

The worker places the hold 3h before the planned arrival (all channels except Airbnb), retries at check-in and +2h, and schedules the release for check-out + 1 day (max 5 days per hold; longer stays get a second hold 2 days before check-out). Declines post a card to the frontdesk Telegram with the guest draft.
